I processed a Zappos return here that was supposedly the only FREE option Zappos provided & was told that I owed $2.40 for ‘packing tape’ to tape up the Zappos boxes I brought with the returns. I have returned items through Zappos using UPS stores including this one for over 10 years and have NEVER been charged. I notified Zappos & they informed me that this is done at some UPS stores but not all. I will NOT be using this store ever again.
