  Great experience at this UPS Store! You can easily drop off boxes with prepaid shipping labels, which makes shipping convenient. The store manager is also a notary, and his fee was around $10 for the service I needed. It’s nice to have both services available in one place. Friendly, convenient, and reasonably priced. Parking was available in front and I was able to finish my business rapidly. I would definitely recommend this location!

  I’ve been to this location twice now for their services. Best customer service ever and extremely helpful staff. I’m in and out. There’s one woman that works there who is great. It’s a well oiled machine.

  An important package got sent back with no justification and the female staff member at the store was less than helpful; never had an issue like this with any other carrier/store before.

  My husband and I stopped in to have something notarized. The girl told us that they couldn’t do it and suggested some other places to go. My husband said he tried calling to make sure they could do it and no one answered. Her answer was “its a monday on a Tuesday”. I guess out of the 3 or 4 employees working no one could pick up a phone so we wasted our time

  Two visits, two days, same manager. Neither went well. On 9/4 I had back-to-back fingerprint appointments here (3:30 and 4:00), booked and paid through PrintScan for over $300. Halfway through the second one, the manager walked away from the kiosk to handle other things in the store. She left my account open on the screen long enough that it nearly timed out more than once. If it had, I would have been paying again and rebooking. The order of operations is not complicated: finish the appointment, submit the prints, close the account, *then* go do other things. The day before wasn't better. On 9/3 I booked a passport photo for 4:00 and arrived at 3:40. The manager told me to wait. I waited 25 minutes while the same manager talked with staff. She took my photo only after I interrupted her, and her words when I did were, "Oh, she's still here." The store is smaller than a living room. A pigeon would have remembered I was still here. Her first words to me the next day were, "Oh, you came back." Duly noted. This store is run by someone who is not a professional. Save yourself a massive headache and go elsewhere.
