I have reached out to UPS Corporate and Amazon executive offices as well - not a brand / location their brands will choose to associate with. UPS Pleasant Hills Pittsburgh location Employees need to learn some RESPECT — treat your customers kindly and respectfully --PLEASE! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I get that people run late or call off last-minute, but still, I don't have time to make it to the *next* closest location (which is 3+ miles away), so this has been quite the inconvenience. Guess I'll just be returning this package another day...

A claim was filed IMMEDIATELY but we are getting the run around between the store and UPS customer service. They need to be held accountable. My fiancé and I are not anywhere close to a resolution.
