    I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like this is long overdue. I live very close by and frequent this UPS and every single time I’ve gone into this store has been a pleasant experience. Any issue I’ve brought to them they resolve quickly and efficiently. All of the workers are friendly, engaging, and helpful. I always leave this store with a smile on my face! Mailing something could easily be a dreaded task but fear not - this UPS store has got you covered!

    I had to return my verizon 5g box. I work for verizon also but u have to return to ups store. In the email it says no qr code or return slip is needed. Walk in have associate scan seriel number an process the return. The older black dude argued with me thay I was wrong after showing him the receipt from verizon with return instructions to the UPS store. Another Guy said let me see an tried to process the return. I called verizon customer service put them on speaker an they told the ups store no qr code or return # is needed. They just have to scan process the return an give me my receipt. Alllllll a sudden the guy says I didnt say that an then hands me a receipt. An processes it. I said funny how I work for verizon an I know this. I have email proof. An I had to have verizon customer service back me up over the phone. I work for verizon. What am I suppose to do. Why would I want to send any customer to your store for returns let alone anything else for that matter. When you have people who dont know how to do their job right an are disrespectful. It was embarrassing...

    I have been to UPS stores in 4 countries, 13 different US states and never one time have I been charged to print Amazon labels that involve me emailing a label to the store's email address. then to charge $2.50 per label to print and attach to the box is wild. I can go to Fedex and print 10 pages of page for that amount. I have been to this specific UPS store 4 different times to do the exact same thing I did today, and this is the first time I am told I have to pay for a label. This is franchise owner just penny pinching? Completely wild. UPS charges what, $0.20 to print a single page of paper? so $2.5 is for the heavy manual labor of folding the label and putting it into a plastic bag that sticks to the box? Jesus Christ what is going on here.

    This is absolutely the best UPS location! Imani Is always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent Customer Service. He’s always polite, which is rare in the world that we were living. now. All the staff at this location areTop notch. I highly recommend this location, even when it’s busy, and some of the customers are not so nice, Imani Always remain professional and kind.

    I regularly drop off prepaid packages here for my small business, often every day or every other day, and the regular staff knows me and my routine. Normally, I can quickly leave my prepaid packages without any issues. Today, I had a negative experience with an employee I had never seen before. I do not know his name, but he was rude and unprofessional while telling me I needed to scan the package. I understand store procedures may need to be followed, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers. The usual employees have always been polite and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out. I hope management reminds all staff to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.
