  I have been to UPS stores in 4 countries, 13 different US states and never one time have I been charged to print Amazon labels that involve me emailing a label to the store's email address. then to charge $2.50 per label to print and attach to the box is wild. I can go to Fedex and print 10 pages of page for that amount. I have been to this specific UPS store 4 different times to do the exact same thing I did today, and this is the first time I am told I have to pay for a label. This is franchise owner just penny pinching? Completely wild. UPS charges what, $0.20 to print a single page of paper? so $2.5 is for the heavy manual labor of folding the label and putting it into a plastic bag that sticks to the box? Jesus Christ what is going on here.

  This is absolutely the best UPS location! Imani Is always so helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to provide excellent Customer Service. He’s always polite, which is rare in the world that we were living. now. All the staff at this location areTop notch. I highly recommend this location, even when it’s busy, and some of the customers are not so nice, Imani Always remain professional and kind.

  I regularly drop off prepaid packages here for my small business, often every day or every other day, and the regular staff knows me and my routine. Normally, I can quickly leave my prepaid packages without any issues. Today, I had a negative experience with an employee I had never seen before. I do not know his name, but he was rude and unprofessional while telling me I needed to scan the package. I understand store procedures may need to be followed, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers. The usual employees have always been polite and helpful, which is why this interaction stood out. I hope management reminds all staff to treat customers with courtesy and professionalism.

  E’Monee is the epitome of a welcoming and wonderful human being. I can always guarantee that I will have a pleasant experience. His personalized customer service is above and beyond. He literally noticed a new pair of glasses I had gotten as I was walking across THE PARKING LOT, when he was walking to get the door for me (again, epitome of customer service and kindness)… I mention this because it proves how well he knows his customers. (No mind that it took my husband TWO AND A HALF DAYS TO NOTICE… ……lol)

  I walked in late on a Monday afternoon to ship a piece of large and sensitive business equipment to another business. Jay and Seth were on the scene. Besides helping me get my item weighed and measured, Jay was extraordinarily helpful getting my equipment securely packed in its jumbo box, even suggesting the ideal packing materials they had in stock to ensure it was padded and arrived safely. I was considering disassembling the item, but Jay was thinking fourth-dimensionally - it would be safer packed in one piece. If there was a school of packing and shipping, Jay would be teaching the honors class. Highly recommend them for your shipping and packing material needs. Five stars, gentlemen.
