- OSOliver SumnersJun 30, 20261.0Horrible customer service and very rude staff. They spoke to me disrespectfully and made a simple return way more difficult than it needed to be. They refused to take normal, packed return items unless I bought a $1 plastic bag, even though there were plenty sitting right next to them. It feels like they charge for things that a normal UPS store would not charge for just to make extra money on returns. On top of that, they ripped open my packaging after saying it would not work, which made no sense. This location appears to be under new ownership, so the older good reviews may be from the previous owner. I will be taking my business somewhere else nearby and will not be returning here. Not worth your time.
