PNC Bank hit my account with an unauthorized technical overdraft, completely bypassing standard debit safety stops, even though I have never opted into any overdraft programs. This looks like a predatory fee-generating scheme rather than a technical glitch. To top it off, local branch management is completely incompetent. I wasted an hour of my time at a branch only to be handed basic printouts and told "maybe it happens, maybe it doesn't." Total lack of professionalism and financial integrity. I am escalating this system failure to PNC Corporate Headquarters and filing official complaints with the CFPB and OCC. Avoid this bank if you value your time and financial security.

After 5 weeks of trying to link two internal accounts for liquidity transfers, I have been met with nothing but incompetence across Missouri, Kansas, and Florida.From being told to use Zelle for $20,000 transfers in KC, to a 3.5-hour setup marathon in Overland Park, to a 'command performance' in Sarasota where the link failed 5 times in front of me—the experience was a disaster. It culminated in a manager in Valrico telling me that as a 20% owner, I suddenly 'couldn't be on the account,' contradicting 5 months of previous status.This bank is a fragmented mess of misinformation and prehistoric tech. My business partner and I are closing our accounts and moving to a bank that understands 21st-century business. If you value your time and your business's stability, look elsewhere." "The final insult: PNC Customer Service admitted their system cannot handle dual-ownership entities. They actually suggested we change our internal business 'controlling party' structure just to satisfy their technical limitations. They expect the customer to break their own corporate governance to fix PNC's broken software."
