  My bank was purchased by PNC. Now I'm in a nightmare. It's July 1st (payment day) and I cannot make any payments. People I talked at the bank are inept. My credit score will be impacted by my inability to make payments ontime. I spent over 7 hours trying to activate my account. Could anybody trust this people with their money????

  Awful !! Just switched from TD due to change in States and find everything about PNC difficult to navigate ... - App is a disorganized mess - Online Banking does not allow to access their Zelle features from a laptop or desktop and it's impossible to view Zelle History from a phone - Quick (hasty) to set up accounts and credit cards. Obviously she wasn't listening to my needs, as I discovered neither fit my financial needs. I now need to change both to a different model. - Limited Locations - Customer Service wait times are OUTRAGEOUS! 30 - 45 minutes every time! I'm a savvy business person and don't have time to waste on logistics. I'll give them 3 months to see if any of these areas improve, otherwise my money is going to Chase or Bank of America.

  Would leave 0 stars if I could. Lucia Alvarez from “corp executive client relations “ helped NONE. Put in the first dispute ever ( normally I let it go ) because this was a significant amount of money . She was unreachable for days after calling me twice once being after 5 ( of course so I couldn’t reach her back as they were “closed “) When I finally got a hold of her she told me something different then the 4 agents I previously spoke with and made me jump through hoops still not resolving my issue. I’m left out of my money with no hope in sight. Just terrible. When people say “ I understand “ do you? People work hard for their money and to provide for their families . Very disappointed .

  I have lived in Colorado and owned multiple small businesses here. I have been a Firstbank customer for over 30 years. First Bank was absolutely outstanding! Fantastic customer service. PNC absolutely sucks! The customer service is non existent. I can’t even see where all of my money is at. I’m trying to pay payroll and I can’t. Because they have locked up my funds from the ATM and Zelle. Now, I can’t pay my crew… This transition is completely FUBAR. You should be ashamed of yourselves, PNC. I’m headed to Bank of America tomorrow morning.

  This rating is only for PNC BRANCH IN Grovecity, Ohio. And mainly pnc automated system. I have problems every time i call the automated system. Same words, " im having trouble understanding." Ive called branch 2 times this week. Asked for help at finding where a $10.47 Debit went to? Because i was suppose to get the same amt. On a credit. The brach employee stated shes too busy to help!! I told her fine, ill find out how many days ahead of my soc.sec. deposit i need to change banks. She proceeded to tell me , as if she didnt really care. Then called back few days later, a man answered, very nice man. He found out that the 10.47 went to a diner , a differerent one then the credit. All i was asking. Called checking automated just now, and lady there kept telling me, " no recent transactions". Ok thats fine. 3 more call backs to check a specific ck, she kept saying no recent. I have friends who are tired of automated banking & Robots, and I for one, is going to wait till July for improvements on automated to add where my transactions go to, see if matches my book. And, whether or not recent transactions or not, i can as i need now to know where a check went to yesterday! Matches amt. For my church, but its not pending, but has gone thru. Check for church I FOUND OUT HASNT GONE THRU. So, i have no other ck. That amt. Now have to wait 5 days later to find out. Pnc does'nt do statements ea. Month. Least they need to improve phone service. Im also concern , ive been hacked on 2 apps, and according to robots, my bank acct. " could" be next. Took suggestion, took care of that. Thk you
