  2 days in a row I went to return Amazon items. 2 different employees assisted me. Both were rude. They did not even look up when I said hello, threw my packages in the box, amd walked away. I did .are a purchase and the gentleman at that register was polite and professional.

  Used self service computer fill out and print a form at 50c per minute, attempted to print my document only to find that none of the trays had paper. Waste of time and money. Please keep things stocked if you're going to charge for their use.

  I am disappointed that I have to write this review because I normally have much better experiences at this location - so many good ones that I actually stopped going to my local UPS entirely (after their lack of customer service) and was only doing shipments through this location because I knew that I would be treated well. I used my staples account to create an online label that I had used previously and had no problems with (even as recent as the previous week before). When I walked in, I greeted the lady at the shipping center and was ignored. She went to scan my box as if it was an Amazon return, and when I explained about my premade label - the woman very sternly told me that I was better off going to UPS. After I explained that I had just used the same label/QR code system the week before in that same store, she again sternly told me that I shouldn’t waste my time if I paid for the label and to just go to UPS. After informing her that I did not pay for the code and just wanted the package shipped, she turned back to her computer and began silently typing. I informed her that I did not want to inconvenience her and she again sternly told me that I should have just gone to UPS if I paid for the label, but that she would just do it here. After that she did fill out all my information and taped my package up, but I can tell you that off that interaction alone, I felt very unvalued as a customer and genuinely believe that she thought I was stupid. I do not know if I will be coming back to this location again, but I want to shout out the two young girls whom I had previously interacted with, who had no problem using my Staples QR label system the week previously and treated me very kindly. There is a slightly older lady at the front register who has also been kind every time I have checked out.
