  I placed an order with this company on 9/3/2024 as part of a youth Field Hockey spirit ware order. I ordered two items - an adult-sized sweatshirt and a youth-sized sweatshirt. The company said that all orders would be available by 9/26/2024. On 9/28/2024 the company contacted me and other customers to say that there were issues with their vendor and that some items would be delayed. I asked for an update via email on 10/10/2024, and the company responded that it did not have any updates and that I should not contact them for additional updates. I ultimately received one of the items I ordered, but the youth-sized sweatshirt remained outstanding. On 10/17/2024, the company contacted me and other customers to say that they were still experiencing vendor issues and that outstanding items would either be mailed promptly or customers would receive a refund. To date (1/11/2025), I have not received my outstanding item or a refund. I have contacted the company via email, phone and website contact form on several occasions to no avail. I am no longer interested in the outstanding item - I just wish to receive a refund for the outstanding item. As a fellow small business owner, I understand that things happen that are beyond a business’s control (for example, a vendor issue). However, I am very disappointed with their lack of customer service and their lack of responsiveness. I filed a claim with the BBB nearly a month ago, and I was hoping that would prompt the business to issue a refund or at least acknowledge my prior communications. Unfortunately, the matter remains unresolved. I am writing this review to warn other possible customers. ** Reply to Owner ** I have attempted to contact the company several times over the past several months via phone, email and website contact form with no response. Please advise how to contact someone who can resolve this issue.

  This place is the best to get merch for your club or organization! The staff is so kind and understanding, and respond to you in a timely manner, whether it be in person or electronically. The prices are super fair, and the products always come out so nice (with quick turn around times as well).
