  They are OK. The whole process could be more transparent. It's fine if you have bought a home before, but if you havent, no one outlines the steps and the process or the timeline. Expect emails from multiple persons requesting filling of online forms or questions via email. Never an entire "Big Picture" of the process. A overall general feeling of you are working for them instead of them working for you, which seems backward. Might just be the team I was assigned. I reply to their requests immediately; my requests are replied to a day or two later. Actual questions not always addressed. Maybe it's typical for closing companies.

  I have used Keystone Closing Services personally for my home, and have recommended them to my clients for as long as I’ve been selling homes in PA. They provide great service and offer ultra-competitive fees. Doesn’t get much better than that.

  Keystone Closing, and Brandon Wilson in particular, is extremely professional. Brandon consistently keeps my clients and myself informed of what items are outstanding. He is available on the weekends. He keeps his cool in stressful situations. I recommend Brandon, and Keystone, wholeheartedly.
