  Twice this week, I engaged with the staff at FedEx Forbes (near Pitt's campus). I couldn't ask for a more helpful and professional group of people. Sky and manager, Mikey, have gone out of their way to make helpful suggestions and patiently assist me with tech issues. The convenient location and fast service are icing on the cake.

  The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and this FedEx is bright, clean, and refreshing. They also sell a wide variety of stationery and office supplies on-site. The store is very spacious, so it never feels crowded, even when many customers are there. If you’re choosing between this location and the one on Centre Avenue, I definitely recommend coming here!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Mikey, the General Manager at the Oakland FedEx location! He has been an absolute lifesaver throughout all of my wedding printing. He helped me with everything from my invitation suite to all of my wedding signage and place cards, and made the entire process so easy. Any time I had an issue or needed something adjusted, Mikey reprinted and fixed it without question. He was incredibly responsive over email, patient with all of my requests, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Wedding planning can be stressful, and having someone this reliable handling such an important part of it made such a difference. Mikey truly deserves a raise! His entire staff is also consistently helpful, kind, and respectful. I will recommend this FedEx location to absolutely everyone, especially anyone needing printing for a wedding or special event. Thank you, Mikey and team, for everything!

  The team here - Sky, Michael, and Austin - are absolute superstars! They are so helpful and kind, and have made my personal and professional print projects a success. A special shout out to Sky, who has enlightened me on ways to adjust to various settings/paper types and make reproductions of my artwork better than I could have ever done on my own. I also deeply appreciate how much care and effort they put into making sure I was happy with the finished product. These folks are so great.
