  The worker with shoulder length wavy brown hair with bangs is downright nasty. Her attitude needs checked. I was shipping boxes of equipment back to my employer and had the misfortune of being ‘helped’ by that girl. She walked up to the counter already with an attitude. I told her where the boxes were going and she rapid-fire spat off questions without allowing me to get a word in to answer. All with a nasty and uncooperative attitude. Once the information was passed over nothing was said. I asked if she needed anything else and I got the nastiest glare I have ever received in response, and she went back to ignoring me. Her coworker stepped in then with actual customer service skills and told me that that was all they needed. The entire encounter, which lasted less than three minutes, would have been even shorter if the brat had deigned to act cooperative and civil. What a miserable piece of work. I have worked in customer service for nearly 10 years, there is absolutely no excuse for this behavior.

  The male individual (I didn’t catch his name) who works there is so rude and seems to be annoyed that you are there as a customer! Stop being so rude to customers!!!

  THIS IS THE WORST FEDEX LOCATION ! I was going to send a lego to houston, wrapped nicely in a box, with bubbles inside. Then they said, we can't ship it, its shaking ..WTH..its a lego of course it has moving sound when u shake it ! then they said have to inspect it, cut it open and said not enough bubbles...we can't ship it. its FEDEX policy (I PUT LOTS OF BUBBLES ALREADY FYI ) .. its the first time i've heard of this nonsense. I SUGGEST GO TO OTHER FEDEX LOCATION.
