  Horrible service center. Front desk attendant has no idea how to process prepaid package. Walks in and out of the back office several times. No explanation no assistance, confused faces. 3 people handled my prepaid, packed and labeled package. Unreal experience. The center location is very difficult to find.

  Every time I get a package that ends up in the Pittsburgh DHL it sits there for a minum of two days before they decide to send it to me. Why does it sit there like that? I don't know because their is NO way to speak to anyone at DHL Pittsburgh. I finally get hold of Pittsburgh customer service as indicated by Ken and they tell Mr they are a social media customer support service. Not a Social Media person here. They eventually tell me that my package will be here on the 29th and not the 27 as advertised by them . I asked if they were sure it would be the 29th and not maybe the 30th or May 1st. Never once did they address the original question of why hold it for two days for no reason. These people are incredibly incapable of earning my trust.

  Mitch at the desk is very helpful nice guy I'm happy to review cuz I always get treated nicely at this Depot. Also Debbie was extremely helpful on lining up several deliveries between picking up the depot and delivering a home. I appreciate having a nice employees because this is a crazy world and no one does this anymore so thank you DHL for doing this job of having the right people.

  Avoid DHL for international shipping. For the 2nd time in a month I had a package arrive in Pittsburgh and placed " on hold" locally after arriving from Cincinnati? For the past 2 business days the package has been on hold at the airport because some Teamster was too lazy to deliver it to their local hub. I was lied to by a representative today who corrected me on my 2nd of 3 inquiries " Oh it's on a later truck. It will arrive by end of business day today ". Didn't happen. No update for 36 hours in their tracking. I'm surprised. This is a German company. Their price is not cheap. Never again !
