  Asked them to stop calling me, staff laughed and hung up. Calls and text continue, this is harassment.

  Typical staffing agency: push you into a job without telling all the details (like mandatory OT) and then stating they weren't aware of the mandatory OT at the job when they have over 10 temps already working there! I mean seriously! Then getting spammed with some Dailypay BS email that looks like it is part of their paycheck process. Here's a novel approach Adecco: treat your temps professionally and respectfully and you might be surprise how many you retain on jobsites. Just a thought.
