- ALAub Lee3 days ago1.0For anyone looking to move to Pine Grove Mills, you will not have access to your mail packages.We do not get mail delivered to our houses here, you HAVE to sign up for a PO Box. If you rely on packages for medical or work reasons, this could be a major issue for you. I was not aware of this when we bought a home here, it has affected my health and my career more than once. The workers are consistent, the accessibility issue is not their fault so my review reflects USPS policies for this specific area, not the workers. There was one worker who had a reputation for being rude but talk-of-the-town is they relocated to a different office.

They're given limited staff and limited hours by the powers that be--but it's definitely not their fault, and I still love going there. The staff has always been unwaveringly friendly and helpful. Even though I'm retired from my business now, I plan to continue going there when I need to mail something. It's wonderful to go to a Post Office that knows your name!

The staff are all helpful and friendly and provide the range of services one can get at larger post offices. Often have older forever stamp designs that are hard to find in larger post offices. Of note is that it has the main Pine Grove Mills community bulletin board in the entrance way
