ALL of the workers at the PFPO do the absolute BEST they can, considering the very stressful circumstances they are currently enduring...For instance, as many people know, hiring employees during a pandemic is a nightmare. This applies for the postal service as well! They are greatly understaffed and are stretched thin between Pine Forge and Douglasville. As PF is a TINY COMMUNITY, Douglasville gets more attention, as it is quite LARGER and is ONLY A FIVE MINUTE DRIVE FROM PF. Seth, Candida, and every single PFPO worker are extremely knowledgeable about all of the prices, deliveries, packaging rules, etc... Plus, let's add in the fact that their internet connection is archaic and seldom works. This is NOT the fault of the workers! Most of their equipment is outdated so they are making lemonade out of many lemons. All things considered, the staff is ALWAYS WARM, WELCOMING and ACCOMMODATING to every single customer's needs. They are also very safe, as they mask up every single day for THE GOOD OF ALL PATRONS. Perhaps a little more KINDNESS, COMPASSION, PATIENCE and RESPECT would greatly improve all of the clientele's views of this worthy and capable establishment...

The staff was friendly and helpful. I occasionally drop off items for my business and they arrive on time, always.

I dropped time sensitive mail in the blue box here and it didn't arrive at it's destination for two months! Also, their hours are pointless. They're barely open.
