- PVPatti VerishJun 9, 20265.0My employer was having issues with getting addresses corrected for all the businesses on our campus. I spoke with Frank, Administrative Supervisor and he was very helpful and had the problem solved with in 24 hours. Frank dispatched Tony, Maintenance, out and he was able to install new mailboxes with the post office locks. Again with 24 hours. Both of these gentlemen were professional and courteous each time I spoke with them.

- TLTT LeeFeb 19, 20261.0I literally placed a package in hold on the 12th-17 and went to the post office 5 times to pick up and it wasn’t there. I then went to see if it was delivered in the mail box and caught the mail main who said to was at the post office per the hold request. So I went to the post office and guess what it’s not there! They literally lost my medicine that cost me $175.

If you hate your job that deals front facing with people to the point that you’re rude to them for no reason-seek other employment.
