Service is a crapshoot. Either very friendly and helpful clerks or unnecessarily mean workers. I mean they’re so rude to a point where you just want to ask “who hurt you?”

Reporting the lady with the locs I need to send something off at 5:23 pm and she wouldn't even seal my letter. She had an outrageous attitude and got mad because I said I have first class envelopes at home and wanted to know how many stamps I would need to send it off she said it's 11.95. no matter what so I asked for a normal envelope snd stamp and she didn't even seal it. Very Unprofessional she doesn't even have a name tag on and I don't know her name. Receipt # 051139.. And what's sad is nothing is going to happen to this lady that's why she act like this.

It is deeply concerning that the management of the Postal Services Office located on Arch Street has allowed such conditions to persist. First, the facility is not fully accessible to individuals with disabilities. The entrance door, made of wood, is extremely heavy and difficult to operate. This presents a serious safety risk, particularly for elderly individuals, as it could lead to injuries to the hands or arms. Accessibility should be a fundamental priority in any government facility, and this issue warrants immediate attention from management. Additionally, the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff is highly inadequate. During my visits—each of which I try to avoid whenever possible, I have observed employees interacting with customers in an unprofessional manner. There is little to no acknowledgment of customers, and staff often engage in personal conversations while individuals are waiting in line. The overall environment reflects a lack of organization, discipline, and customer service standards. Furthermore, the physical condition of the facility is unacceptable. The flooring is in a state of disrepair, with visible cracks and small holes in multiple areas. These hazards pose a significant risk, especially for individuals with mobility challenges or visual impairments, as they increase the likelihood of trips and falls. Given these ongoing concerns, including poor customer service, an unwelcoming atmosphere, and unsafe facility conditions, I have decided to discontinue using this Postal Services Office.
