I asked a simple question got barked at then did what the service rep Nicole asked me to do even though it wasn’t necessary. I filled out my copy of the green certified receipt then put my mail on scale, she then peered up from her phone which she was staring at that whole time and basically said she wasn’t serving me with no explanation except the fact she didn’t like my question.

To make matters worse, they didn't even have shipping labels available. I think this USPS location needs to do a better job hiring employees and managing their supplies, because people like that shouldn't be working with customers at all.…
