The most patient and friendly staff at a post office ive encountered. I suffer from really bad social anxiety and theyre so patient, helpful, attentive and professional that i am able to focus on putting my packages together and i love going there. Thank you so much! God bless!

The male worker that sits behind the desk watching videos on his phone is beyond rude when I came walking in the building with 2 packages sat them on the counter he continued to watch videos on his phone when I said excuse me im ready he huffed and had a whole additude like I was bothering him or v something then because I stated aren't you on the clock? He refused to take my pages and saw everyone that was behind me I reported his actions and nothing got done everythinG was on camera. I saw him previously with his additives and ignorance towards other customers prior it just blows my mind that they still allow this man to be at this location or even have a job or any consequences. This is a federal job and people like him should not be working in this type of environment if he don't like his job watching videos on the clock shouldn't be acceptable. When I called and made a complaint about the situation they didn't call me to let me know that anything was done about this situation he was cursing me out and everything after I stated that comment. I believe he said his name was Andre? And now when I go in there I gotta hope he isn't in there he will not serve me because HE DONT WANT TO& IF THEIR ISNT ANOTHER WORKER THERE IM SCREWED THAT SHOULDNT BENACCEPTABLE I DIDNT CURSE AT HIM OR CAUSE ANY CONFORTATION HE CAME OFF SIDESWAYS ! THIS USE TO be a great post office to go to. They hire people like him is what makes it horrible id advise you to find a different location to go to if u can because this man is just very rude and unprofessional. Just giving a heads-up. I just don't understand how he still has a job or at this location after all the complaints against him.

Moved & they lost all my mail for months including auto tags which are expensive to replace. Frankford Post office called me in response to inquires regarding my lost mail said they were in charge of this office. They were supposed to look into the matter and have someone call me back. Never heard from anyone. Stopped by today to follow up but they had to close early due to short staffing. WTH
