The sales clerk was very professional and friendly. It was a long line when I went in there Friday afternoon...but she systematically waited on everyone and the line went down fast.

Although service can be slow, due to shortage of staff. It's great to have a facility in the neighborhood.

Yo, when was the last time you went to the post office. In the hood. Well it was rather dark inside, but, it's really convenient. Also very helpful to the community. The service was great and helpful. Thanks.

After moving to Brewerytown, I started noticing constant delivery issues — missing letters, delayed mail, and packages not being delivered. At first, I blamed my apartment complex, but then I realized neighbors outside of my building were having the same exact problems. On top of that, I kept getting package tracking updates saying items were being held for “receiver request,” even though I never requested that. That forced me to go pick them up at this post office, where the employees were consistently rude, dismissive, and had terrible attitudes. Over the course of a year and a half, things only got worse. There were times I went weeks — even months — without receiving mail. Before moving out, I put an official hold on my mail, thinking that would at least guarantee I’d actually get it. They didn’t even honor that. When I went to pick up my held mail, they told me they didn’t have it and claimed it was being delivered to my address — yet I never received anything during that time. There is literally no winning with this place. Even when you try to do everything the right way, your mail still somehow disappears. At this point, I honestly don’t know if mail is being lost, stolen, or thrown away, but something is clearly wrong. My apartment mailbox was secured, and there were no signs of tampering, so the issue was clearly not on my end. I’m just glad I moved out. I genuinely hope I can file a formal complaint because there is no reason this post office should still be operating like this.
