- MLMargaret LordJul 23, 20265.0All these bad reviews are haters. I went in there right at open as the trucks were loading, and every single postal worker greeted me and offered to help. I had a super valuable package to pickup after a missed delivery the previous day. It was super easy to retrieve, and someone even took it to my car for me. The facility is obviously run down and these folks are overworked. Try to go in the morning if you can, you'll probably have the best luck before all the trucks leave for the day. So many people were doing multiple jobs. Go easy on 'em. Thanks, Snyder Post Office!
- JFJay FrancisApr 11, 20261.0I ended up getting a p.o. box at a completely different branch office, and just get everything sent there. Now I actually get mail! I was literally getting my electric bill after it's due date from this branch. Buncha chumps 🥴
- JDJeff DishawJun 6, 20201.0I was waiting all day for a package containing a medical device, which was “out for delivery” according to the informed delivery. Well, the mail man came, no package. All of a sudden it’s updated that it’s available for pick up. Only problem is that I now can not get it til Monday and it was important that I got it today. This happened al the time with our packages. They don’t feel like come back with it or they couldn’t carry it, or maybe they forgot, but this is the worst service I have ever had with a postal service. When I lived in Center City I never had a single issue. Rain or snow but not if it’s too hot. This one needs to be shut down.
- TMThe Comedic MUEJan 22, 20181.0They deliver mail when they want to. I have informed delivery and multiple times i didn't receive my mail. The whole block complains. They lie about "attempted delivery" and the newest lie was "unable to access". We get mail on our block maybe 3 times a week. The mailman doesn't even come down the street but tracking will say "notice left". A package was out for delivery, never showed up. And the kicker...the mailman came down the block on a Sunday with mail from Friday and Saturday but still didn't didn't leave the package. God forbid you tell a supervisor, it makes the situation worse. They are always angry and unprofessional. They have an attitude like we aren't supposed to ask about OUR mail.
