- TTTimMay 2, 20261.0How can you close the entire usps for an hour and a half to go on lunch ? There's no way that this is actually allowed. You work at usps not the mall. What job offers an hour and a half lunch break ?!
- ECemma christineMay 2, 20261.0Abysmal service and completely absent management. This location is an absolute joke. They consistently lock their doors 20+ minutes before their scheduled 2:00 PM lunch break. Today, I arrived at 1:35 PM to find the place already shuttered. While sitting in the parking lot drafting this review, I watched at least seven furious customers walk up with packages, only to be turned away well before 1:48 PM. It was absolutely disgraceful to watch an elderly person struggle up to the door with a package, only to be locked out during normal business hours. I have confronted the staff directly about this recurring nonsense, and they genuinely do not give a damn. Management needs to wake up, step in immediately, and hold these people accountable.
