  They are not open. If you Google this location it will say they are open @ 9am but they haven't been open since the day before juneteenth. They don't care, nobody does otherwise this wouldn't continue. The most reliable location is the one on Frankford, they are more professional & friendly.

  They ship my package to Arkansas. It was supposed to go to Stockertown PA. Livid! When I went to go resolve my issue, the store wasn’t open although online reflects that it was.

  When there's people they are kinda nice but these days they are closed. Either open really late or close really early, a hit or a miss. I don't think the store is open anymore at the location. To people we need to mail, go to Frankford USPS

  I am extremely frustrated with the service at this location, specifically regarding a staff member named Stephanie 😠😠😠She was incredibly unprofessional, completely indifferent, and acted like she absolutely did not want to be at work. I paid for a 2-day guaranteed Priority Mail Express, which was delayed by a whole week. This massive delay forced me to reschedule my flight, causing me significant financial stress. Initially, I chatted with the station manager via the official USPS website. The manager sent me a confirmation from an official USPS email address, explicitly promising me that I could walk into the retail counter to get my refund. However, when I arrived, Stephanie refused to help me. She wouldn't even scan my tracking number to verify the status. Her ridiculous excuse was that the email I showed her was an "official USPS system email" and not the manager's "personal email," so she claimed she "couldn't recognize it" and denied my refund. It is utterly absurd that a USPS employee claims they cannot recognize an official USPS corporate email! freaking ridiculous😂 On a positive note, the Station Manager here is absolutely amazing. Within 10 minutes after I left the post office, the manager personally called me to follow up and confirm everything. The manager’s attitude was incredibly professional, responsible, and helpful.👍 The management is doing a great job, but they seriously need to heavily retrain front-line employees like Stephanie. She is ruining the hard work and reputation that the manager is trying to build. I still demand my rightful refund, but I truly appreciate the manager's swift and kind response.😃
