I have gone twice this week between 9am and 5pm (when they are supposed to be open) and they are closed with no explanation. Extremely unprofessional.

Jessica is an absolute angel— the post office stresses me out and I had 5 packages to send. She walked me through my options for each package given their destination. She is incredibly kind and has amazing energy. Thank you, Jessica!

I love the USPS and a proud supporter and think they should be funded as a public service. This post office is one to avoid. You’ll be lucky if they’re even open, but if they are, you have a 1 in 3 chance of having a good experience. Sometimes, they “just can’t accept mail” sometimes they can’t give out packages and sometimes their QR scanner (for people without printers) is “just down sometimes.” So, if you’re driving, go to any other post office.

If I could I would give 0 or negative stars. I don’t know what is going on but it has been more than a MONTH that I try to go there during business hours and there is an orange paper saying that they are closed that specific day, but they are updating/printing new papers everyday!!! In the meantime you see people inside but the door is locked. The first time I saw someone being attended inside and waited, he left with a service receipt in his hands and when I tried to get in the worker just closed the door in my face, no explanations. Absolutely rude. I think they just don’t want to work anymore. Don’t waste your time going there.
