- NHNicole HinterbergerMay 9, 20262.02 stars because they do their basic function of sending your mail/packages. Otherwise 0-1 star for customer service. Just walked there and they are supposed to be open for 45 more min and they are closed. Doors locked, lights off, no holiday today, and no signage or notice about early closing. This is ridiculous and not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Unreliable and disrespectful to the consumer. When I have been here, they are consistently under staffed with long lines and employees who are over-worked and have a grumpy demeanor. I think this is a national issue. Get it together. Hire more workers and maintain consistent hours. This isn’t fair to your staff or your patrons.

I've never had any issues at this location after 9 years in the area. I've always found the staff helpful and prompt. The only issues aren't issues with this location, but with the USPS in general since DeJoy has been destroying the USPS from within. Given that, the staff have been extraordinarily professional in navigating both customers and internal crap from above. I recommend this location!
