First and last time at this location. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and honestly felt sketchy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!! I dropped off multiple packages earlier in the day and asked for a receipt. The cashier refused, saying the ship dates were more than two days old. I later contacted USPS customer service, who confirmed that I should have received a receipt when I originally dropped off the packages regardless of the ship date listed. I returned later that day with customer service on the phone and calmly asked for proof of drop-off. Instead of helping me, the employee became argumentative and told me that if I was “so worried about a receipt,” I should use the self-service kiosk. When I said it seemed sketchy to refuse a receipt, she responded, “You people always come in here entitled.” I asked for her clerk number (per customer service’s request) and she refused. She continued being loud and combative while I was on the phone with customer service, to the point that the representative said to me, “Don’t even engage with her with the way she’s acting.” I also noticed other reviews mentioning very similar issues with receipts and employee attitudes. Luckily, the employee I was on the phone with filed a formal complaint.

I’ve literally never had a good experience at this USPS. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been so unnecessarily rude and unhelpful, give conflicting information, and yell at you when it’s wrong. Miserable employees, worse than going to the DMV

DO NOT GO HERE. I’m surprised they are still pretending to operate. Shipped out a package from here over a week ago. They refused to give me a receipt when I asked and the tracking still just says label created, not even arrived or initiated transit. (I printed the label myself). Do not use this post office.
