Do NOT — I repeat, DO NOT — drop off a package if they tell you the system is down and they cannot scan it. On June 4, 2026, I went into USPS and handed over two packages. The employee told me the system was down but said she would take the packages and scan them once it came back up. That was my mistake — I should not have been so trusting. One package was worth about $1,000. The second package was worth about $20. A week later, the $1,000 package still showed no movement and appeared to have never been scanned. I went back to the branch to ask about it. They told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to call USPS customer service. When I called USPS, they told me to speak with the branch. The branch then told me to call USPS again. What makes this more confusing is that the employee who accepted the package later stated that the system was not down on June 4. Also, the $20 package I dropped off at the same time was scanned the next day and delivered four days ago. At this point, I’m filing a police report because I’m potentially out $1,000. Either the package was lost or stolen, but as of now there is no acceptance scan and no receipt. Lesson learned: if they cannot scan your package and cannot provide a receipt, do not give it to the employee even if they tell you to do so.

Came three times and it was always closed! The website says they close at 5:30 pm and it was 4:55-5:00 pm when I arrived. Saw people inside with lights on one those times. But front doors locked. Like why? Close when you say you’ll close and formally notify the public of your official hours. If you can’t do that then why is this office not shut down?

Always closed in the middle of the damn day with literally no signage anywhere and no updating on the website. It’s literally 1 o’clock before a holiday weekend.

Great, but pack your patience, you never know what will happen.

2 stars because they do their basic function of sending your mail/packages. Otherwise 0-1 star for customer service. Just walked there and they are supposed to be open for 45 more min and they are closed. Doors locked, lights off, no holiday today, and no signage or notice about early closing. This is ridiculous and not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Unreliable and disrespectful to the consumer. When I have been here, they are consistently under staffed with long lines and employees who are over-worked and have a grumpy demeanor. I think this is a national issue. Get it together. Hire more workers and maintain consistent hours. This isn’t fair to your staff or your patrons.
