  Wow, all these negative reviews. I'm from Brooklyn but moved to the Kensington area some years ago. First my elderly Mom and her husband had moved to central Florida in 2002 then in 2005 I moved with them for 2 years. I didn't like the senior and low income center they were living in plus you need a car to get a gallon of milk a few miles away so I made moves to get us a house up here and we moved in in 2009 to here. Almost a year later my oldest sister in Brooklyn sent us a care package, a large box, with supplies but it never arrived and we kept checking at the post office for a month. Nothing. Months later my sister sent another package and same thing. After that she'd send them to my brother who lived by the northeast and he'd drive over with the package. Back in 2017 I called my sister in Brooklyn explaining that I need her to send me a good pair of sneakers since I do LOTS of walking running our errands and the sneakers they sell around here are garbage and mess up my feet so she said okay no problem. That was a Thursday. The following Saturday morning, two days later, she called me in the morning saying she's coming over to visit on the grayhound bus. A few hours later she knocks on the door with a few packages and I open one and had a new pair of sneakers. I said why didn't you just mail them. She said you know that the USPS lost two packages I sent you. It's crazy because my sister was already 70 years old yet came from Brooklyn on three trains then the Greyhound then the El train to my house to bring my sneakers PLUS she had to travel back. All because of this post office here which is only a few blocks away from my house.

  They never answer the phone I already called and put a complaint and when the postman that goes by Amber Street in Auburn, the original post Man is off on Mondays the one that takes Over his day on that Monday never gives out the darn mail so we don’t get mail on Monday because they so damn lazy to give out the damn mail so now we don’t know where our mail at and they’re not doing nothing about it so now I have to go again to the police station and do another police report. This is 10 police report. I’m about to just press charges cause I’m tired of this.

  Only one employee working on Monday morning and this post office is very cold 5 Degrees or less. Even the staff have heavy clothing on. This is terrible work conditions for staff and terrible for customers coming in freezing.
