- AWAudrey WestermanApr 27, 20261.0This location consistently closes half an hour before it’s supposed to. I left work early to drop off a package. Saw the employee locking the door at 5:11 (advertised closing time is 5:30). This isn’t the first time this has happened either.
- BPBrianna PlowrightMar 25, 20261.0Went there at 40 minutes before closing and was told I cannot mail anything out since the driver is heading out soon and they cannot store packages overnight. Poor service.
- KCK CMar 12, 20263.0This location opens & closes when they feel like it. I’ve never had any issues with the staff. My only complaint is that I sent out invitations around the first week of February 2026 & a month later people still have not received their invitations in the mail. I’m not sure what happened to them but every time I mail things at this location they’re either being received extremely late or not at all. I will start walking further to the broad street location. Someone higher up needs to visit this location & get it in order. The attach photos shows proof that they don’t open on time. Date & time stamp is at the top of the photo!
