Yolanda, the supervisor at the Fairmount location in Philadelphia, went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a missing package that was marked as delivered, but I did not receive. Not only did she take initiative and reach out to me to follow up on the service request, she informed me that the package was misdelivered and was routed back to the post office, and even took time out of her day to pull the package and personally deliver it to me. I want to give the highest praise to Yolanda and the Fairmount location for resolving my issue with efficiency and professionalism. Thank you again!

I just wanted to leave feedback that the staff at this location are excellent. They're really welcoming and helpful. I've been to other USPS offices before with bitter and genuinely mean employees, but that's not an issue here .

Place always closes around 1-2 hours earlier than what’s posted on here. Sounds like they’re so understaffed that they need extra time to get through the workload. USPS really needs to add more staff to this location. A drop off slot outside would also be nice to avoid causing lines.

Wow, they are always out of change or money, mostly when they first open. The money order machine or system it runs on is down often. They sometime put a come back shortly sign up meaning the system is down momentarily. Always one teller even with long lines. Seems like the prices go up monthly or so for boxes, envelopes and stamps etc. 😆😆😆

I wish I could give 0 stars. Never have I been treated so poorly at an establishment in my life. The man’s name was Francis and he locked the doors 17 minutes prior to closing and would yell at customers who said they are open until 5. He picked and chose who he wanted to help. He refused to assist me because I told him his behavior was not appropriate and he wasn’t operating based on the posted hours. This business is open until 5PM according to USPS hours. Last time I checked you can’t pick and choose the hours of a government facility. I would strongly recommend avoiding this post office. If the employees don't want to do their jobs or work, they should not have them. I will be filing a complaint online. The staff cannot respect proper operating hours for folks who have to work and make time to drop things off before closing.
