They need new staffs all around. The main number no help either

Online tracking has no update on package, they never pick up the phone, and a week has gone by already. From the reviews here, it seems like they are stealing packages as no facility could be missing so many packages.

I called to start a missing mail search and they were immensely unhelpful, I ended up finding one package in a nearby apartment building by calling everyone on the registry until one of them buzzed me in. But how am I expected to find the many letters (containing online orders) I should have received over the last few weeks, if they might have been put into anyone's mailbox? Ridiculous. I don't have $250/yr lying around to spend on a PO box because the postal service can't figure out how to deliver mail to a townhouse with the address right next to the door.
