- NNNovaMay 29, 20261.0I mailed certified court documents and they never mailed them out!!!!! I’m so upset. It was extremely important and I spent so much money and now they never mailed it?!?!?!?! Calling usps because this is ridiculous. I spoke to regional manager in Philadelphia and he is going to be looking into this location. Hopefully he shuts it down because this is absolutely ridiculous.

- SLSharee LewisMay 4, 20261.0Ever since I moved too SW Philly the postal service been trash I’m either missing mail or place in somebody else mailbox but anyway call today and this lady wasn’t no help unprofessional careless I don’t understand how I only received 1 piece of mail out of the 2 I was supposed to receive on Saturday guess somebody stole my son check but I gotta wait 7 days. They need new staffs all around. The main number no help either

Online tracking has no update on package, they never pick up the phone, and a week has gone by already. From the reviews here, it seems like they are stealing packages as no facility could be missing so many packages.
