They continuously place our mail, including bills and other time sensitive matter, in a box meant solely for other purposes that is labelled “No US Mail”. We have been charged overdue fees several times for bills we did not receive. I’ve complained to the local manager and spoke with one of our mail carriers, but it keeps happening. Is this just another example of inept service? There seems to be plenty of other complaints against this Post Office branch. What else can we all do to get some improvements?
