And then the women behind the counter acted like I was bothering her. Grumpy. This is why the postal service will go under. Close this location please.

- MEMike EstrichMar 30, 20261.0Just a heads up before you waste your time here. This office apparently runs on its own schedule and its own rulebook. Opened almost 30 minutes late, and when they finally did, the attitude made it feel like customers were the inconvenience. Brought in a prepaid eBay label created Saturday on Monday morning, and the clerk refused to scan it, claiming it was a “stale label, and should have mailed it Saturday”. For the record, the United States Postal Service does not have a rule against accepting a label like that the next business day. That one seems to be locally invented at this station. Having worked for USPS myself, I can say this station is in serious need of some retraining, both on policy and customer service. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences at the DMV. Faster, more welcoming, and at least consistent. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different location.

Rude as hell to the poor woman trying to send a package. I walked out, because my time is worth something. I can't believe someone is paying that lazy woman to work there. So my message to the Post Office: Whoever was working on Thursday February 19th 2026 at 2:45pm: Fire here and do the entire city a favor. How many shitty reviews will it take?
