The employee was extremely rude and had a very poor attitude toward customers. Even worse, the office closed before the posted closing time, even though I arrived during the stated business hours. Customers deserve respectful and professional service, and the posted business hours should be honored. I hope management looks into this situation and takes appropriate action.
