- MSMary S5 days ago1.0I spoke to a teller back on 6/18 about closing my PO Box no supervisor was on site, so they couldn’t close it, because I moved to FL , I get a call today 7/6 telling me I can’t get a refund, on top of that the supervisor didn’t call me it must of been the teller, unprofessional!
- AMAnthony MurrayJun 27, 20264.0I have been going here since the post office at Front and Olney has been having really bad and more so rude service. I'm just trying to send packages using the CR codes and this older Muslim lady constantly gives me a lecture about sending them out too early, and I explain that the date on the code is for how many days you have to send the package. I've been doing this for years now, she's the only one who does this every time I go there. No other PO I go to does that. I don't know about how others feel about this facility, but the lady who is usually there when they open is extremely friendly and very courteous. It's further out than the Front and Olney office but the difference in service and attitude is worth the extra mile or so.

I ask to speak to a supervisor. The muslin woman came back and said she is the top person at the location at present time. I’m will not be using the USPS if these are the people representing the service. I’m highly disappointed in the usps for this conduct. I’ll pay more some where else. How hard is it to do your job?

Was told only thing I can do is wait til tomorrow. Went to the building to see and she helped me get it and explained why it happened. Good customer service.
- OMolivia myersApr 23, 20261.0I arrived on location 10 minutes before closing at 450 pm Thursday and the door was locked and the workers were walking around inside. I just needed to drop off a package . I didn’t think it was up to the employees to decide when they close . They should adhere to to the posted time schedule . Not everyone can leave early like I guess they can.
