I was holding a baby, while i was trying box put something inside a package, by accident i ripped the package and they made me pay for it. Almost $10. Cause the package was ripped and it was an accident, i didn't want to argue since i was with a baby. But it's not even fair to charge me for an accident related to a freaking package. Shame on you
