Spend more time with passport people then with all the other customers and why did you get rid of the mailbox that was outside and you could drive up to it because you can hardly find a spot to park and go in and mail your stuff and it's ridiculous that you have to do that in the first place. Or taxes are going towards your salaries and I think you can do a lot better. Very disappointed customer.

At this point, there is no other explanation other than, they are stealing my packages. This is the 6th time (within 6 months) that I have not received my package, after it's been transferred to USPS for delivery.... yet, they mark it delivered. I have spoken to supervisors, the Postmaster, etc...., all of their attitudes are extremely rude, dismissive and nonchalant. Now, I will definitely get the Authorities involved. TERRIBLE POST OFFICE

Our tax dollars pay for for salaries
