- LBL B2 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars, I would. The closing time says 5:30pm, but the two female postal employees closed at 5pm. This is unfair to those of us who rush after work to make it to the already limited hours of this USPS. The apathy and carelessness was evident. They saw me and, despite a completely empty store, did nothing. I hope one day these lazy, good-for-nothing employees are fired. Do your job, please.

I tried the other window and the staff member there said he doesn’t know about click n ship so he sent me back to the person I had seen before. I kept having issues establishing the account. I left without getting things done. I’m frustrated and disappointed. Horrible customer service
