  Worst post office ever! Everyone is ignorant including the manager. I asked to speak to the manager. First they tried to say he wasn't there. Then when I said I was calling to report them. The girl went to the back to get the manager. He told her "I had to wait". I waited a entire hour. There were 3 people also waiting to speak to him about their packages as well. When he finally came. He was talking behind a half door where he only opened up the top portion of the door. I told him my problem as well asked mentioned that I have been waiting an hour to speak to him. He said so what! I told him my problem. He gave me a nasty attitude and a 1800 number to contact any issues I had. smdh I left! The problem was someone kept stealing my package as well as the packages are saying delivered and I was not receiving them. I looked at my cameras and the mail person wasn't even delivering them at the time it said it was scanned and delivered. I showed him videos of the entire day. And I showed him photos of my packages being stolen as soon as the mailman delievered them as if it was a setup. Mailman would deliver packages at 11:14 and package was stolen at 11:16. Nothing was resolved. I made several complaints about this.

  😡😡This USPS location is completely unacceptable. They advertise that they are open until 5:00 PM, but that’s simply not true. I arrived around 4:00 PM yesterday, and there was a handwritten “Closed for lunch” sign on the door. I waited until almost 5:00 PM, and they never reopened. There were several other customers waiting, all wasting their time. While I was waiting, an older woman told me this happens regularly. She said she has come at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and even 2:00 PM on different days, only to find the office closed with the same “Closed for lunch” sign. Another customer said she has had the same experience. This is not an occasional inconvenience—it appears to be a recurring problem. Customers should not have to guess whether the post office will actually be open during its posted business hours. If the office cannot operate according to its published schedule, the hours should be changed or proper staffing should be provided. This location needs serious management oversight. The current level of service is unacceptable.

  Absolutely pathetic customer service. To make matters worse, they literally shut down and closed their service window a full hour before their listed closing time. The staff acts like doing their job is a massive personal insult. No greeting, no eye contact, just pure attitude. Management needs to completely retrain this entire crew because they clearly have no idea how to interact with the public

  Save your time !!!!! Absolutely horrible place, I mean the fact that at the time of leaving my review they have 2.0 stars with 225 reviews shoukd tell you something…. Unfortunately for my mother she didn’t check before coming here at 4:30 PM, she waited for over 30 minutes with nobody coming to help , they use the excuse of lunch at any point in the day because they are short staffed. Other people stated that they come here at 8:45 am 3:00 PM and 4:00 and it could be closed for “ lunch “. What really confuses me is why run a supposed operating business under a large name like usps if you don’t even have the staff to keep the place up and running. DO BETTER USPS , this isn’t a United States postal service !!!!
