  I have had good experiences and not so good experiences. There are times when they are not open and yet they have listed hours on the windows stating it should be open. Recently, I was dropping off a package to be returned. They should have given me a receipt but the clerk tossed it aside. I did ask where it was going but he said he would have to locate it again. It was close to closing time so I didn't fuss about it.I should have insisted on a receipt. He was busy getting me stamps. I did get a receipt for the stamps. Because of all this, there is still a hold up with my refund. That was over two weeks ago. The company that owes me the refund can't track it because I did not get a receipt. It was a significant refund too. I pray that it gets resolved.

  Had a passport appt yesterday at 3pm. I got there at 2:45. No one was there. Doors was locked, lights were off. No call, text, email, nothing stating they were going to be closed or leaving early. So unprofessional & inconsiderate.

  Bad customer service, Picked up a package and the young girl working at the front of the office was being rude like if she owns the postal office. This place needs better people attending.

  I am beyond frustrated with the consistent lack of professionalism at this location. I am paying for a PO Box, yet I am regularly unable to access it because the facility is locked during what should be normal operating hours. It doesn’t matter what time of day I show up; the doors are frequently locked with zero explanation. There is never a notice posted on the door or any communication regarding temporary closures. It is completely unacceptable to charge customers for a service and then deny them access to their own mail without warning. This post office is demonstrating a total disregard for the community’s time and needs. If you're looking for a reliable PO Box location, look elsewhere—you won't find it here.

  I'm rating this post office, I got there at 2:45 they close at 3pm the postal worker was waiting on a customer already.. me and 3 other ppl walked in at the same time.The postal worker said he not waiting on anyone else after he take care of the customer.. the doors were still open he didnt lock them i only wanted a stamp that's all. The workers seems stressed out , irritated, like he just wanted to clock out and go home. But he had 15 more mins before 3pm when they actually closes.
