The staff seemed unmotivated, and the wait was unnecessarily long. To make matters worse, they marked me as “satisfied” with the service without even asking me. Very unprofessional.

Most recently, I wrote "FRAGILE" all over the box, yet the woman at the counter intentionally threw it upside down in a waiting mail cart right in front of me. Would you believe that when the buyer received it, it was broken to pieces? They don't even pretend to take care of your package while you are standing there. Rude, and they will be on their phone while you wait for service.
