I accidentally left some very important documents behind, and she went completely out of her way to make sure they were safely held for me until I could come back. She was so kind, professional, caring, and understanding during a moment that could have been very stressful for me. It truly takes 0 time to be nice, and Lisa showed exactly what great customer service should look like. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back.
