- JLJamila LomonAug 24, 20261.0This post off ice is extremely disappointing. I went today at 3pm, two hours before they were supposed to close. There was no one there. There wasn't even a note. A week ago I came at 4pm and no one was there. Reconsider coming to this location, unless it's early. It is VERY inconvenient and there's no consideration for the customers.

This is my business’ local office and I pay for a PO Box here so I’m here multiple times a week to pick up my packages and more often then not the service desk is closed. This is a service I cant go to another location for. Please hire more staff. It’s the post office, yous are suppose to be open.

I don’t understand how it’s even still an operation they would never let this happen in a white Neighborhood! You guys need to demand better service just because you’re in a rundown part of town doesn’t mean that you don’t need services! Stand up for your self this is very unacceptable! ! This is the WORST post office hands down !!! they should be Open at 9 a.m. nobody shows up we are waiting till after 9:40 for a worker to Open up the window! 7-21-26 it was completely closed no explanation nobody at the window this is a Inconvenience for people that have to do any type of transaction inside with a teller !! Horrible I Updated My packages are still missing. I had them try to investigate where my packages went. Nobody knows. I think they switched the tracking numbers. Somethings going on and it needs to be investigated and I will keep writing. I have nothing but time do not mail anything out of this raggedy post office! Update I'm not letting this go ! Will be putting in a complaint every day moving forward and I don't even live in that raggedy area ! I had over 5 to 6 packages stolen! There's never nobody inside to even help us at the counter! They have the nastiest attitude if you don't want the job just go home! I shouldn't have to deal with the nasty attitude all you're doing is sitting at the desk how hard could it be!? You're sitting behind a window and you have a seat in front of the computer screen get a grip!! It's not my fault you hate your job and your home life is horrible don't bring that attitude to the workplace! until this is resolved I will be a thorn in their ... the worst post office in the United States!
