- JTJust Tired1 day ago1.0Can we please get rid of the lady who has been behind the counter for the past few days? She has a really bad attitude, is on her phone on Facebook and carrying on full conversations. Please bring back the lady that was there right before her because she was very kind and patient but not this lady. My son just went to drop off a package and was treated poorly. The same with me yesterday when I went to drop off a package, she was on a phone call while waiting on people. I don’t like how that person she is on the phone with can hear people’s personal information.

Can't schedule a redelivery. Can't get anyone on the phone as well. So if the package doesn't get delivered today I'm getting the police involved. I NEVER requested to have my package held and I'm not risking my life because someone didn't want to do their job.

I'm tired of arriving at this place and screaming for help and no one comes out to see me.
