  Very Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience with this USPS employee. Her attitude toward me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking for assistance and simply wanted answers to my questions, but she was unwilling to provide any help or even properly respond to my inquiries

  The staff is rude, there are no consistent hours, and they seem to open and close whenever they feel like it. Terrible place and very poor service. I would not recommend it.

  Usps closed at 5, arrived there at 4:42 they were already closed. There is always something wrong with this location, when it's not rude employees, it's something with the store.

  bro i came here because cottmon’s “systems are down” i pull up and “can’t accept packages today” bro yall are a post office ??? genuinely hate it here 🫩

  I am extremely disappointed with this USPS location. Over the past couple of weeks, I have made multiple trips here during what should have been normal business hours, only to find the doors locked or the location seemingly closed with little to no explanation. It has become incredibly frustrating because I never know whether I’ll actually be able to access the services I need. What makes this even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication. If the office is temporarily closed, operating on reduced hours, or experiencing staffing issues, there should at least be a clear notice on the door or an update online. Instead, customers are left guessing after wasting their time and gas driving here. This location has become so unreliable that I now have to plan around the possibility that I won’t be able to mail a package or complete a simple transaction. That is especially frustrating when people have time-sensitive shipments, work schedules, or other commitments. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, but when this becomes a recurring issue over several weeks, it reflects poorly on the level of customer service being provided. A basic level of communication and consistency would go a long way. I sincerely hope USPS addresses whatever is causing these repeated closures because customers deserve a reliable post office they can count on. Until then, I can’t recommend this location and will likely be driving farther just to avoid the uncertainty.
