- LML MJun 8, 20261.0Passport appointments are not honored. The person who is supposed to take appointments "went on break and cancelled appointments for the rest of the day". No notification. Within passport hours and showed up early for scheduled appointment. Woman at the counter told me not to bother next time.
- MMMeeMay 27, 20261.0Went in for a walk-in passport service with everything ready, but the employee was rude and refused to help because she was busy with others. I understand being understaffed, but customers shouldn’t be turned away for services being offered. Disappointing experience.
