- LVLorenzo VApr 25, 20261.0Had an appointment for passports at 2pm, arrived at 130pm.... Store was closed, no sign or any type of communication what so ever! Line full of people outside waiting for service! Patiently waiting outside for about 30 minutes and still closed. We went to grab lunch and return about 330 and still closed! We started knocking on the door because we saw someone behind the counter and they finally open the door and when they open the doors, they said who ever is here for passports, they're all cancelled. Complete waste of time, took off work for nothing, Worst customer service experience ever!!!
- JBJoseph BartolacciApr 21, 20261.0Wish I could rate this less than 1 star. We had scheduled an appointment to do a passport application for our newborn son here. Not only did they cancel all the appointments without any notice, the staff are incredibly rude. We have never had an experience in which the people that work at this establishment have been anything less than outright hostile, let alone just unpleasant. That was all with the cherry on top of the person that was being hostile to us while eating, flaming hot Cheetos while talking to us and getting spittle all over us. There is no amount of convenience that coming here would save you over going to literally any other postal office.
