Another UPS location really struggled to use the fingerprint machine so I came into this location to re-do them and Heem was so professional and knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service.
- APA PJun 22, 20261.0They stated they had notary services. I called and said I’m coming in. Their printer services were down so I stopped elsewhere to get my picture done for notary services. By the time I get there- notary had left. No one mentioned that notary is only there for a few hours but not the whole opening hours. Very very disappointed.
