I come in and was charged $90 for ground residential with no insurance! Insane for a 13 lb package that I packaged myself before hand by the way. An additional star because the workers were nice but the markup on those rates are outrageous

They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered! Theresa C. (The Manager) is absolutely great at her role. She jumps right in when she hears a problem or concern and handles it! She backs her staff and follows through on what she says! I've gotten spoiled going there! My packages were getting delivered across the street to an apartment building when they clearly were addressed to the UPS STORE. She actually took the time to retrieve them. She explained she would look into it and she did! I've seen nothing but Team Work when I've gone and that is something to be valued! One Band One Sound! Thank you all for a job well done!
