  The staff here are very helpful . Iyanna provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in ! She was friendly, patient, and she made the entire process quick stress free. First time here and I will be returning

  The staff has done a great job! Very helpful when a customer doesn’t find a package. I’ve had good service in this location for the past 2years! Amiya has been super helpful!

  Whole new team who are improperly trained. I brought items for return via QR code. The QR. Ode clearly stated no box no label required. But new staff required me to purchase boxes or packaging bc they can just slap on labels with proper packaging. I agree that that can’t be shipped. But again the QR code clearly says no box no label required, which means the responsibility is not on the customer to bring merchandise in packaging when it is not required. She even scanned all the QR codes but refused to void the transactions. So now shipping labels were created but they refuse to pack. This a clear case of no proper training now potentially ruining my returns from being properly processed by the vendor. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The old crew was actually trained well or was actual customer service oriented. I have never had this problem at any other UPS store. So, not looking forward to being back here again until they get properly trained or coached.

  Tasha was absolutely phenomenal. I came in needing items packed and shipped, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was boxed securely and professionally. She was knowledgeable, patient, incredibly kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Customer service like hers is rare these days. She turned what could have been a stressful errand into an easy and pleasant experience. If you’re visiting this UPS Store, do yourself a favor and ask for Tasha.
