  I show up with an item in a box to return with a QR code ready and everything. You tell me i need to pay $5 for a UPS box to return and item that was already paid. I looked at you shocked because I was holding a box. I leave your store and give you a 1 star review.

  Rob and Jasmin are the best! I needed help with a return. The instructions given to me by the seller were very confusing, and Rob and Jasmin walked me through the steps and made sure everything was taken care of!

  They’re thieves. First, UPS failed to deliver a package within the 48-hour shipping I paid for on time. It arrived on the 4th day. They refused to ship it to the recipient, who had gone out of state, without charging me a second time. I paid for overnight ground shipping from CT to Philadelphia Thursday before 4 PM with an arrival Friday or Saturday. The package was delivered to the Fairmount Ave. store in Philadelphia at 6:46 PM Friday. We were notified via the app at 6:51 PM it was ready. My son and his 84-year-old aunt couldn’t make it there in nine minutes before the store closed, so the employee told them to come Saturday. When they arrived midday Saturday, the Fairmount branch held the package hostage, refusing to give it to the recipient, until my 15-year-old son paid a $10 storage fee for a package no one offsite could have reached in time between the notification and closing of the store. I called to speak with an employee who refused to put me through to his boss or return the stolen money. I’ve spoken to five people in UPS, and they refuse to return the money. These people are thieves and stole from a kid after failing to deliver the package on time in either trip so it could be accessed as needed. Use FedEx. I’ve never seen them charge a hostage fee to secure a package you already paid to ship.

  Ups staff patience, thouroughness in addressing what was needed, and the accessibility to the store as far as hours was good. They were able to help with a shipping and label service that USPS was not. Pricing was on the higher side with priority 2 day shipping being $75 one way and the mailer being $20.
