    This store is sometimes quite busy and it’s a small place however it’s usually the other customers causing problems and never the workers. The employees at the store are incredibly calm and patient and are sure to help everyone with their needs no matter how busy it is!

    Came in looking to ship some cameras to one of my buyers on FB marketplace. I havent been to this location at all and there were two men behind the counter. Amir was very patient with me in explaining everything i needed to know. His partner was busy assisting other customers too. When it came my turn, Amir diligently offered me more than i could ever asked! I was afraid my cameras would be damaged in transit but he offered bubble wrap for a small fee and of course i took the opportunity to thank him. At one point there was a man yelling and screaming behind me but Amir kept his cool and handled it like a professional. Thank you Amir for the help and your partner! Will definitely be returning☺️

    Came in for an Amazon return on 5/13/26 around 5pm and was met with completely unnecessary aggression. I was the next person in line and was directed to use the self-service counter. I explained that I had instructions to hand the item to a representative for packaging. The associate came out from behind the counter, got in my space, and raised his voice in front of other customers and staff. At no point did I raise my voice or argue with him. He escalated out of nowhere and could have simply informed me without the hostility. Being spoken to that way in front of other people was embarrassing and unnecessary. Never had an issue here before, but this was disrespectful and I hope no one else has to deal with it.

    One of my favorite UPS is on 1300 South Broad Street, I like all the staffs there especially Mr Will he is very helpful and patience he is taking his time answered most questions and I don’t have to tell him too much he just knew his, every time I walked in seeing him I felt so relieved. Thank you Mr Will.

    I spoke with Amir to ship a computer. I paid for packaging, signature delivered, insurance... everything. He reassured me that even though the cost was way higher because it's a retailer, that the package would in fact be insured, properly packaged, require a signature for delivery. I checked the receipt when I got home and it said "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" even though he told me repeatedly that it was high value, so a signature would be required. The package was in fact caved in and damaged upon arrival, the computer was also damaged, and it was delivered without any signature. I called and spoke with him on the phone after a 23 minute hold. He told me to just "call this number" and speak with them. He continued to interrupt me when I was trying to explain him the situation. He clearly had no desire to speak to me or help me out. This is extremely poor customer service. I now have to deal with the claim and got 0 help from the store that caused it due to improper packaging and communication.
