Another customer was using the self-serve return kiosk, so the man behind the counter waved me over and helped me immediately even though I would have been fine to wait. I was in and out in 20 seconds. Great customer service!

- TDTulia DayAug 11, 20261.0Update- they charged me twice. When I emailed the owner I never got a reply. I had to call the store today to get an answer, and they said I have to come back in person to get refunded for their fraudulent charge on my card. Be careful paying for anything here with a card, and make sure to check your bank statement. Really overpriced printing. I was charged 75 cents per page for simple black and white text. The other UPS I used to go to only charged 15 cents for black and white, so I was gobsmacked when I was charged $29 for 32 pages of text documents. Never coming back here again!
