  Jay was a godsend and helped me and my fiance repack our boxes for a cross country move. Jay went above and beyond by helping us lift our heavy boxes, rearrange our items, tape everything and bubble wrap. He explained every step of the process. We are so grateful!!

  I just had an excellent experience at this UPS store, and I have to give a shoutout to Manager Jay and his amazing team. Jay was incredibly helpful and made the shipping process so much easier for me. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated how they took the time to ensure everything was handled properly. If you need reliable shipping and excellent service, I highly recommend this location!

  Man, look, I usually hate going to these spots because it’s always a whole mess, but this UPS store is valid. I walked in there with a grip of packages and thought I was gonna be stuck in that joint all day. But nah, they was moving fast as hell, real talk. The people behind the counter actually cool too, they don't give you that stank attitude even when it's packed. They taped my stuff up for me, got me my receipts, and I was back on the block in like two minutes. If you need to ship something out and don't want the headache, go holla at them. They 100% with it.

  I honestly can't recommend this UPS Store enough. Living in Philly, you're used to standing in long lines for everything, but the team keeps things moving. I’m in here all the time for Amazon returns and random work shipments, and the staff is always super chill and helpful. They’ve saved me a few times by catching a bad label or making sure my box was taped up properly so it wouldn't fall apart in transit. It’s clean, organized, and you can tell the people working there actually know what they’re doing. If you need to ship something out and don't want it to be a massive headache, this is definitely the spot to go. Super reliable.
