  Moving is stressful enough, but this UPS store made the shipping part genuinely easy. Brought in a mix of fragile items and oversized boxes and they handled everything without me having to ask twice. Pricing was straightforward and everything arrived exactly on time.   Jay and Eric are honestly so sweet and genuinely helpful every single time I walk in. Whether I'm shipping packages, getting something notarized, handling my printing and copying, or dropping off return, they always take of everything without a hassle. It's rare to find people who actually make you feel you matter as a customer. Five stars without a question!

  I don't leave reviews often but this UPS store genuinely deserves one. Came in during my lunch break not expecting much and walked out impressed. The staff here was fast, they knew exactly what they were doing and didn't make me feel rushed. Everything was handled perfectly and my package got to where it needed to go without a single issue. This is the kind of place that makes you wonder why every errand can't be this easy.

  I have to give a big shout out to Jay the manager at this location, he was so sweet and helpful. I came in with a return I had totally fumbled on my end and I expected it to be a whole thing, but he handled everything so smoothly and made me feel completely at ease. He was patient, knew exactly what he was doing and didn't make me feel silly for not having it all together. If you need reliable spot for returns, this is it. Jay is the best!

  Okay so moving from Philly to the West Coast is already stressful enough, but honestly this UPS Store took a huge weight off my shoulders. I walked in kind of overwhelmed with a bunch of boxes and random stuff I needed to ship out, and the people there were just super helpful and chill about it. They packed everything securely, walked me through the best options for my budget, and made sure it all got there on time. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I didn't have to worry about a thing once I left. Genuinely one of the smoothest parts of my whole move.
