Middle of the day Saturday and waiting in line for 20 minutes while FOUR employees including the manager stood around hassling with signs for their in-store promotions. Both myself and the customer behind me attempted to speak to the employees, ALL of whom acted as if they could not hear or see us. We addressed them DIRECTLY and they still gave us nothing. When confronted, the older gentleman yelled directly at us to be patient because they were busy, and when they finally did attend to us, we were given even more attitude and excuses about ‘we did tell acknowledge you and tell you it would be a delay’ even though this was a blatant lie. I have never seen an entire store’s-worth of employees so casually and blatantly disrespect and ignore customers in such a manner. Something is up in this branch. Incident occurred 4/18/26 at 12:40 PM, involving a tall older bespectacled gentleman.
