  Waited 40 minutes in line full of people for an Amazon return before I finally had to give up. Someone else in line approached the manager and he told her that Amazon returns are not priority and if we weren’t happy, we can leave. You got it bud! I was a regular customer and I will never set foot in this place again.

  Good place to return Amazon packages. Bin wins are nice sometimes but usually the same stuff for weeks.

  Shaniece and Nicole were absolutely wonderful! I accidentally purchased the wrong ink toner at another Staples and needed to make a return. Since this Staples is much closer to my job, I decided to stop in and I'm so glad I did! After this experience, I don't think I'll be going back to the Germantown Avenue Staples. Shaniece and Nicole were welcoming, accommodating, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They made my return and my new purchase completely seamless. I also really like the layout of this store, it's much easier to shop. I'll definitely be coming back for my party supplies and back to school shopping. Thank you, Shaniece and Nicole! I truly appreciate everything you both did. Excellent customer service!

  I normally have a great experience with Staples, which is why I want to leave constructive feedback rather than simply complain. The biggest issue at this location is staffing in the Print & Marketing and Shipping department. One employee was expected to handle printing, copying, and shipping services all at the same time while a long line of customers waited. It was obvious he was doing his best, but one person cannot provide quality service for so many different tasks simultaneously. I submitted my print files almost 24 hours in advance, but they were still not ready when I arrived. When my business cards were finally printed, the colors came out much darker than the original design. Because the associate was trying to help multiple customers at once, there wasn’t enough time to review the print quality or make the necessary color adjustments before printing. This isn’t a criticism of the employee—it is a staffing issue. Staples should provide additional help during busy hours so employees have enough time to produce high-quality print work while also assisting shipping and copy customers. Better staffing would reduce wait times, improve print quality, and create a much better customer experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this location serves many customers and has the potential to provide excellent service with the proper support for its employees. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for Gabriel !
