The copier wasn't much, but KDI was and continues to this day to be STELLAR in their service, their response time and their training. And once we got rid of that refurb...they got us into a new machine on a great deal that suits our needs perfectly for our small firm. I would recommend KDI for ALL your copier needs!

KDI’s Managed Print Services has saved us 20% per month while giving me a seamless solution to this time-consuming task. In addition to the cost savings, they’ve simplified our printing, our supply replacement, gave us onsite service, and made it easier for our IT Department. I love their quick turnaround and that they take care of everything.
- MLMelissa LinteauDec 30, 20191.0KDI has increased the monthly invoice by 10% without prior written notice on a locked in rate signed for a 39 month period. No one at KDI wants to resolve this issue, but they want me to sign a new 48 month contract. There is NOTHING on the legal agreement that states the monthly will increase by 10% annually for the 39 month agreement, but they insist It's the policy. I was never made aware of any such policy and they have not provided any proof of such policy.
